Gallaber Lamb for sale

Ian Sedgwick & familySince the sheep enterprise at Gallaber Farm has been taken over by Ian & Glenys Sedgwick (& Ted), we have started selling lamb fresh from the farm gate with regular customers in the local villages, campers on the farm's caravan site. Gallaber lamb is also regularly available in the Burton in Lonsdale village store as well as in some of the local pubs. We've had some wonderful feedback about the delicious flavour of our lamb which we put down largely to the fact that the lamb is reared mainly on grass & they are butchered locally at a small family butchers, avoiding the stress of going through an auction mart & traveling long distances across the country tightly squeezed into wagons.

We take orders for lamb every month between June - January.
Lambs are sold as half lambs which are 10kg+ for £65, as well as being delicious & local they are great value, the equivalent quantity of lamb from a supermarket would be £80-£100!
Each cut of lamb is vacuum packed, labeled & ready for your freezer.

We will cut the lamb to your specification but generally offer the following options:

Mince

Two Prime Leg Joints
2-3 packs of Chops
One Shoulder Joint
Breast & one shoulder joint into mince (more can be put into mince if desired)

Diced

Two Prime Leg Joints
2-3 packs of Chops
One Shoulder Joint
Breast & one shoulder joint diced (more can be diced if desired)

Burgers

Two Prime Leg Joints
2-3 packs of Chops
One Shoulder Joint
Breast and one shoulder joint made into lamb & mint burgers
This option is £68 to cover the cost of making the burgers.
